Whatever you're reading becomes blurry

The paragraph the user is currently looking at (based on cursor position) becomes blurred, while everything else stays sharp. They can never actually read what they're focused on. Move the cursor away and it clears up — look back and it blurs again.

The page tilts as if your device is being rotated

The entire page slowly rotates and tilts as if the device has a broken gyroscope. Content slides sideways following the apparent tilt angle. The direction changes unpredictably, making the user feel like they're on a sinking ship.

Everything you type appears twice with a ghost delay

The browser tab title rapidly counts up fake open tabs: "(5) Tabs opening...", "(23) WARNING: Too many tabs", "(99+) RIP YOUR RAM." Warning banners slide down about Chrome running out of memory. Pure psychological warfare via the tab title.

Random subtle vibrations make you check your phone

Triggers tiny phone vibrations at random 5-20 second intervals (on mobile) with accompanying visual micro-shakes (on desktop). Fake notification bars occasionally slide down. Victims will compulsively check their phone for messages that don't exist.

An impossible CAPTCHA that never accepts your answer

A realistic reCAPTCHA overlay demands the user "select all traffic lights." No matter what they select, it fails and regenerates. The prompts get increasingly absurd ("select all images containing happiness"). After 10 fails, the prank is revealed.

A persistent typing indicator from someone mysterious

A chat-style typing bubble appears in the corner showing "Alex is typing..." with animated dots. It appears and disappears at random intervals, with the name occasionally changing to unsettling options like "Your Ex" or "Boss." Always typing, never sending.
